You can search uninstalled apps files in your Shopify Theme by searching in your assets or snippets. The majority of shopify apps injects their files with the name of the app and you can just search on assets or snippets as mentioned. or you can make an audit of your store by CTRL + I + SHIFT and click on the audit tab then click on the + icon and choose performance and run the audit. After the audit is finished, Click on CTRL + SHIFT + P and search for “Show Coverage” and click on reload button and it’s will give you which files are used and the name maybe it’s uninstalled app file.
